The Freedom Guarantee
Effective October 16, 2026
We back The Root Reset with a conditional money-back guarantee: do the work, and if you are not free from porn by the end of month 6, we refund what you paid for the program. The guarantee exists to remove the risk for men who commit fully. It is earned by completing the program, not by stopping early. The full, binding terms are in your enrollment agreement, which controls if anything here differs.
Who it covers
Clients who enroll in and pay in full (or stay current on a payment plan) for The Root Reset.
What you need to do
- Complete all 6 months of the program, including every core lesson and required assignment.
- Attend at least one live group coaching call each week, or watch the replay and post your takeaways.
- Complete your 1:1 progress calls at months 1, 3 and 6.
- Reach out to your coach for support when you're struggling, as the program teaches.
- Stay current on any payment plan.
What “free” means
No acting out with pornography during the final 30 days of the program, as you report in your month-6 progress call. We rely on your honest self-report.
How to claim
Email support@kavino.co within 30 days of your program end date and complete a short exit call with our team. Once we confirm the requirements above were met, we'll refund the program fees you paid to your original payment method within 30 days.
What's not covered
- Leaving the program early. If you stop before finishing, what you've paid becomes a credit you can use to restart within 6 months, but it is not refunded.
- Requests made more than 30 days after your program end date.
- Third-party costs such as bank or financing fees, and any separately purchased products or events.
- Accounts closed for breaking community rules or our terms.
