Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kavino.co, go.kavino.co and the related assessment, booking and content we provide (the “Site”), operated by Kavino. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. What we offer

Kavino provides faith-based coaching and education for men who want to break free from compulsive pornography use and related patterns. Our free Origin Map assessment and strategy calls are educational. Paid programs, including The Root Reset, are governed by a separate enrollment agreement you sign before you start. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the enrollment agreement controls.

3. Not medical or mental-health care

We are not doctors, licensed therapists, counselors or a treatment facility. Nothing we provide is medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no clinician-patient relationship is created. Do not delay or stop seeking professional care because of anything on the Site. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or dial 911. See our Disclaimer.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information on the assessment and application.
• Use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Don't copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Site, assessment or content.
• Don't attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation.
• Show up to calls you book, or cancel in advance so the time can go to someone else.

5. Communications

By submitting your details you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about your results, your call and our programs. Text messages are sent only if you opt in; see our SMS Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Origin Map, reports, text, graphics, logos, videos and program materials, is owned by Kavino or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it for your personal use only.

7. Results and testimonials

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances and factors beyond our control. The only guarantee we offer is the Freedom Guarantee, described in our Guarantee Terms and your enrollment agreement.

8. Payments and refunds

Prices are shared on your strategy call. Payment terms, payment plans, cancellation and refunds are set out in your enrollment agreement and our Guarantee Terms. Except as stated there, payments are non-refundable.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses or links to third-party services (for example scheduling, video and payment tools). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and free content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kavino and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Kavino against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
