Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kavino (“we”, “us”) collects when you use kavino.co, go.kavino.co and our related pages, assessment and booking tools (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have. We know the subject we work on is deeply personal, so we keep collection to what we need and treat your answers as confidential.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and your SMS preference.
• Assessment answers. Your answers to the Origin Map, which can include sensitive information about your sexual history, relationships, faith, childhood and emotional health.
• Application answers on our booking form, such as relationship status, work, income range, age and your goals.
• Booking details from our scheduling provider, such as the time you book.
• Device and usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters) and cookie identifiers.

2. Sensitive information

By completing the Origin Map you consent to us processing your answers to generate your personal results and to prepare for any call you book. We do not send your assessment answers to Meta or any advertising platform, and we do not sell them. Only the team members who need them to support you can access them. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see section 8).

3. How we use information

• To generate your Origin Map results and personalize your report.
• To review your application, schedule your call and prepare your coach.
• To contact you about your results, your call and our programs by email, phone or SMS (with consent).
• To deliver, support and improve our programs and the Site.
• To measure our advertising, using event signals such as “quiz started” or “call booked”.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. AI-generated reports

Parts of your results may be written with the help of an AI model run through our hosting provider. Your answers are sent to that model only to produce your report, under the provider's data-protection terms, and are not used by us to train AI models. Results are educational and are not a diagnosis.

5. Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our ads. These tools may collect device and usage data and the fact that you took certain actions on the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

6. Who we share with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Website hosting and AI processing (Vercel and the model providers it routes to).
• Scheduling (Calendly), data storage (Google Workspace) and email or SMS delivery tools.
• Advertising measurement (Meta), limited to usage and event data, never your assessment answers.
• Payment processors, if you enroll.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described above.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, typically up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and reply STOP to any text.
• Request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by emailing support@kavino.co. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days.
• Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, including to opt out of targeted advertising or to limit use of sensitive information. We honor those requests and will not discriminate against you for making them.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

10. Children

The Site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
